AMANDINE (SHE/HER)
I’m so glad you’re here and thinking about therapy as part of your journey. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming at times, especially when life feels heavy or when parts of who you are haven’t always been understood. You don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself.
I’m committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space, especially for LGBTQIA+ folks and racialized folks whose identities and experiences have too often been overlooked or misunderstood in mental health settings. I know how much it matters to feel seen and respected in the therapeutic process. I strive to offer a space where you can show up fully without needing to explain or defend who you are, where your experiences are already held with care.
My practice is shaped by both clinical training and a lived awareness of how systems of oppression show up in our lives and our bodies. I work with people navigating identity exploration, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships and family challenges including intergenerational and cross-cultural stress, trauma, burnout, and the effects of systemic harm such as racism, homophobia, and transphobia. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ racialized folks, immigrants, neurodivergent individuals, and others who navigate the world through complex, intersecting identities.
I offer a trauma-informed, culturally responsive space where you can move at your own pace. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and somatic practices, always tailoring our work to what feels right and meaningful for you.
You deserve a space to reflect, heal, and grow at your own pace, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
